Cancellation Policy

At Solaine skin care we appreciate and value everyone’s time. We understand that conflicts may arise that would keep you from your scheduled appointment. However, we reserve time specifically for your appointment; therefore, a verbal notice of cancellation must be given no later than 48 hours of your appointment will be necessary. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged for no-shows, or appointments cancelled outside of the 48 hour window. In the case of a pre-paid package, one session will be deducted from the package. We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment time.

I understand that my card will only be charged if I do not give the appropriate notice.

Financial Policies

Payments are due in full at the time of service. Solaine skin care accepts cash, checks, all major credit cards, and PayPal.

Our office is fully committed to compliance by providing appropriate security of our records, protecting the privacy of our patient’s information and properly maintaining our billing policies in accordance with national HIPAA standards.

Children

Here at Solaine we love children, however we ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. We do not have facilities to care for children.
